Having spent more than two decades delivering complex regeneration at scale, for some of the biggest and best developers in the UK, we understand how the diverse needs of communities can be met whilst ensuring projects are sustainable, viable and deliverable.

Delivering amazing places can only be done working in partnership. And by building trust. Only by being honest with stakeholders from the outset, open about what can be achieved, and clear about the possible compromises, can the greatest potential be realised.

Who?
Mike Nisbet is the principal and founder of MNDC. Mike has over 20 years experience in delivering large scale, mixed use regeneration.
Starting out with large plc house builders David Wilson and Barratt Homes, Mike then spent 9 years at the Berkeley Group where he learned from some of the best in the industry. He then spent 5 years building and leading the regeneration team at Landsec where he led on the re-positioning of the FTSE 100 REIT's shopping centre portfolio. Later this team merged with U+I following its acquisition in late 2021 to create Landsec U+I.
