Complete re-invention of Lewisham Town Centre, currently blighted by an old, dated and increasingly obsolete shopping centre. The new scheme centres on a new 8 acre park for Lewisham surrounded by new residential student and co-living alongside brand new retail, leisure and a rejuvenated high street 

A joint venture between Landsec U+I, Manchester City Council, TfGM and LCC. Mayfield has already delivered Manchester's first new park in 100 years and will go on to deliver over 3m sq/ft of new workspace, homes and leisure, on a derelict brownfield site in and around the iconic Depot Mayfield.

 MediaCityUK is a 200-acre mixed-use development on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal in Salford. Phase 1 was delivered by Peel including a new home for the BBC, ITV and the University of Salford. 

Phase 2 is subject to recently revised proposals which will include c.3,000 new homes and c.800k sq/ft of commercial space  

A public/private partnership between Berkeley and the GLA that will transform this derelict industrial site into a new community for East London. Almost 4,000 homes, a new high school, a community hub, new offices, retail and leisure facilities set amongst 12 acres of new parkland. New bridges and a new station access will link this severed site into the existing community of West Ham. 

Developed by Berkeley and designed by Foster + Partners, South Quay Plaza includes three high rise residential towers including one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe.
